GT6 is coming out, and aside from the hundreds of Rx-7s, various Skylines, toyota minivans, and MX-5s, what car are you looking foward to driving most? Or which will you drive first. For those in the preorder crowd like me, I hope you will drive the R18.
So tell me oppo. Whatcha driving?

Probably the Dino 246, or possibly the Alpine A110. I'm not sure why, but I've always found it more enjoyable to drive the road cars in GT than the race cars. This is not to say I don't enjoy both, merely that I prefer the one.

I usually drive the most mundane cars around tracks like the 'Ring, just to see if I can keep my lap times within a few seconds of the previous time.
I think this is fun.

Wat? GT6 has Toyota minivans?
I never knew that.
Oh well, I don't own any consoles, so no GT6 for me.

Planning on starting off with a GT86 on Tsukuba just to get a feel for things, then I'll move up to a C7 Vette on Suzuka.

Like rallying kindo of, or the thing they did on top gear.

Same, my daily ride for the past week has been the Autozam AZ1

Well, not minivans, but thousands of old sedans and lame things like that.

Such a fun little car! I organized a race a while back that was limited to AZ-1's, Cappucinos, and Beats. Ran on tight technical tracks, and it was a blast!

My friends and I are going to do a top-gear style cheap car challenge. I'm hoping for something weird colored and obscure. Possibly a kei car. We shall see.

Do some lightweights or cheap sedans, there is a Lotus Carlton or something that pops up every now and then.

Well here's what I'm thinking - we write down a bunch of challenges (best 0-60, best 0-100, fastest lap around a track, fastest turn speed, longest slide, etc....) and put them into a hat. We then buy cars for 10,000 credits including tuning (not including dirt or snow tires for a rally challenge) and pull 4 or 5 out of the hat.
Then we put on our best british accents, fill our mugs with beer, and enjoy the rest of our day (we all took friday off of work)

Sounds like great fun! 10k is awful cheap..

That's where the skill comes in - do you go for an 80s skyline turbo and hope for a 0-60 test or do you play it safe and get a hot hatch knowing you might as well forfeit the slide contests?

I usually base my cars off how cool they are to me... this is a good idea we should do an oppo wide one
